All registration forms must be accompanied by a Medical Clearance Certificate, from a Doctor registered with the Medical Council of your Country.

All participating Countries must avail a minimum of 2 International referees'.

All the participant from Kumite also can participate in Shobu Ippon and Shobu Sanbon in their categories.

To all countries must register its Country to participate in the Open World Kanazawa Cup, please fill out the forms attached hereto this bulletin, and fax to the secretariat of the organizing committee.

The organizing committee is hereby requested that each country should bring their own country's flag and National ANTHEM CD (two) PCS of national flag size 135cm x 90cm.

Tournament ID card

Please take front face photographs (3cm x 4cm) of all officials and Coaches for the production of ID cards. Please write individual full name on the back of picture.

Weight Checking

For the implementation of the above-mentioned new rules and for the fairness for each contestant, therefore, the weight checking will be made prior to each contestant entering the court to fight.

Deadline date

All application must reach SKI-Ukraine before the 13th April 2008.

Accident insurance

Although the tournament executive committee will take out an accident insurance policy, we strongly recommend that each country purchase insurance for all the athletes representing that country.

Contestants' age checking

The age checking will be made preliminary for the junior and Master Classes.

Prior to contestant registering himself/herself to the Tournament Administrator whereas each contestant has to show his or her valid identification card or passport. The contestant will only be allowed to participate in the above mentioned two classes if participant's birth date data stated in the passport has reached the age criteria during the administrative age checking.
