Information

Children class

Preliminary: Kohaku system (Red and White flags) of Kata's of Heian I-5 selected by Referee panel.

Finals: Points system of Tokui kata, Heian 1-5, Tekki-Shodan, Bassai-Dai, Jion, Enpi, Kanku-Dai may be chosen.

Junior class Kata

Preliminary: Kohaku system (Red and White flags) of Kata's of Heian I-5 and Tekki-Shodan, up to and including 17 years and for the 18-19 years Bassai-Dai, Jion, Enpi, Kanku-Dai selected by Referee panel.

Finals: Points system of Tokui Kata, up to and including 17 years Bassai-Dai, Jion, Enpi, Kanku-Dai, Gankaku, Jitte, Hangetsu, Chinte and Tekki-Nidan may be chosen. For the 18-19 years group all kata allowed.

Senior class Kata

Preliminary: Kohaku system (Red and White flags) of Kata's of Bassai-Dai, Jion, Enpi, and Kanku-Dai selected by Referee panel.

Semi Finals (16 persons) and Finals: Points system of Tokui Kata, all kata allowed.

Master class Kata

All matches are Tokui Kata by points system. More than 16 participants in one category will be Preliminary and Final matches.

Preliminary: Kohaku system by Tokui Kata (Two participants perform together).

Finals: Points system by Tokui Kata. The same Kata is allowed for all rounds.

Team Kata

Preliminary and Finals Points system of Tokui Kata. The same Kata may is allowed for all rounds.
